We are long standing members of ESA (European Sponsorship Association) and Karen Morris, our founder, has written the ESA Guide to Sponsorship for Rights Holders.
Karen has over 25 year’s experience in sponsorship both in media (at Classic FM as Head of Sponsorship, EMAP Group as Head of Group Sponsorship) and agency side at, WPP and her own agencies which she founded in 2003. She has a wealth of experience in sponsorship strategy and acquisition across all sectors including arts, entertainment, not for profit, media & sport.
Chris has 15 years’ experience working in Sponsorship, Partnerships, Licensing and Promotions. Having worked with global rights holders and licensors in sport and entertainment. He heavily connected in the brand world and has built a team that can provide quality commercial services to his clients. Having worked across a broad range of clients such as Paramount, Hasbro, Tough Mudder, Crufts, Beano Studios, The Rugby League World Cup and Hello Fresh.
Over his 7 years at Ingenuity, Hugo, has successfully helped the Brand Partnership function grow to the team it is today. Responsible for all Strategy of Clients he has run the accounts of leading sports rights holder, entertainment companies & IP’s. Personally, he was responsible for the biggest deal in Rugby League World Cup history with Cazoo.
Stu has experience managing over £40m in contracted sponsorship assets from some of the worlds biggest brands, including Samsung, adidas, and Audi and has 12 years of experience in sales, valuation and strategy with some of the worlds biggest rights holders including Chelsea FC, PGA, Ironman, Mattel and EA Sports.
James has Over 25 years of brand, marketing, partnerships and sponsorship experience having worked at The SSE Hydro; SSE Arena, Wembley & SSE Arena Belfast. Also delivering the first major sponsor at the Women’s FA Cup.. In addition, has managed sponsorships for LiveNation, DF Concerts and Events, William Hill, Bank of Scotland, Celtic, Tennent’s Lager, Diadora and worked across rights for Solheim Cup 2019 with Scottish Government.
Toby joined the Brand Partnerships team at Ingenuity in 2023, bringing a background in international brokering. As an account manager, Toby has successfully completed deals in rewards, promotions, and sponsorships, and has recently ventured into the licensing sector. Toby works across a diverse range of sectors, including global sporting bodies, entertainment, live events, and independent organizations.
Tom graduated from Grand View University in 2023 with a Business Management in Marketing degree. As a sports fanatic and former collegiate golfer Tom has the competitive edge and tenacity to get partners in for our clients. During the first year of his life at Reg&Co, Tom has worked on a number of accounts across sport, entertainment, Arts & Culture and events. He has a wide range of skills within marketing and project management.
Beth recently joined Reg and Partners after graduating from the University of Sheffield in 2024 with a degree in Economics. With experience from a fashion PR internship, Beth combines creativity and analytical skills, excited to bring this background into the sponsorships and partnerships industry. Her first work includes notable names such as Photo London, the Royal Institute and LGBT Awards.
Ross became part of our team in 2022, coming from Scotland with a strong background in account management and a growing passion for partnerships. Since joining, he’s had the privilege of working with a diverse range of high-profile clients, including HelloFresh, Hasbro, Banijay, and more.
Charlie joined as a member of the Growth team, pitching to and onboarding clients like Sony Pictures, Aquatics GB and Boiler Room, understanding their needs and providing a tailored Ingenuity service. Having recently moved into the accounts team, Charlie is now working with clients across our entertainment and licensing pillars, helping develop new promotional and branded partnerships for his clients.
Louis has 4 years of industry experience working with a range of high-profile stakeholders in the sport, media and entertainment sectors. Starting his professional career in recruitment, Louis has experience in scaling both start-ups and blue chip brands in the technology sector, as well as hosting several C-suite roundtable events for leading UK businesses. With a first class degree in Psychology and a keen interest in Motorsport and Boxing.
