Sponsorship and brand partnership agency Reg&Partners have announced the recruitment of Khadeen O’Donnell.
O’Donnell, a sponsorship and partnership expert within the arts and culture sectors, will join the Reg&Partners partnerships team focussing on the strategic development and management of their current client portfolio as well as bringing in new business.

Khadeen will continue her role as Director at the European Sponsorship Association, a role she has held since 2021.
Her expertise was prominently featured in the European Sponsorship Association’s “Case by Case w/ Rox” podcast, where she discussed the award-winning sponsorship campaign between OBOS and Den Norske Opera & Ballet. This campaign garnered two prestigious ESA Awards in 2022, recognizing excellence in arts and culture sponsorship, as well as music sponsorship.
Khadeen also served the board at B.Supreme Ltd, a charity dedicated to women in hip-hop dance, a position she has maintained since August 2017.
